Fried Green Tomatoes Recipe from "Fried Green Tomatoes"

I am definitely going to be jumping the gun on waiting for red tomatoes with the recipe below in the coming weeks. I LOVE fried green tomatoes. I think this is a "Southern thing". The movie was filmed not far from where I type this. I believe the restaurant seen in the movie is open for business.
